STORAGE ADVICE To maintain the freshness and taste of your Greek Feta, it is recommended to store it properly. Keep the Feta cheese refrigerated at a temperature between 35°F to 40°F (1.7°C to 4.4°C). Ensure the cheese is stored in an airtight container or tightly wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out and absorbing other flavors in the refrigerator. Stored correctly, Greek Feta can last for several weeks. For longer-term storage, you can also submerge the Feta in brine or a mixture of brine and olive oil, which helps to preserve its texture and flavor. Remember to change the brine solution regularly. Enjoy the authentic taste of Greek Feta by following these storage guidelines and savor its unique flavors in various culinary creations.

Greek feta cheese is a versatile ingredient that can be used in various dishes. Here are a few serving suggestions:

  1. Greek Salad: Toss together crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, Kalamata olives, and a generous amount of crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano for a refreshing and tangy salad.
  2. Spanakopita: Make traditional Greek spinach and feta pie by layering phyllo pastry sheets with a mixture of cooked spinach, feta cheese, eggs, and herbs. Bake until golden and serve as a delicious appetizer or main course.
  3. Feta Bruschetta: Toast slices of crusty bread, then top with diced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or olive oil for a flavorful appetizer or snack.
  4. Grilled Vegetable Skewers: Thread skewers with a variety of colorful vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onions. Grill until tender and slightly charred, then sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
  5. Feta-Stuffed Chicken: Butterfly chicken breasts and stuff them with a mixture of crumbled feta cheese, spinach, garlic, and herbs. Bake or grill until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  6. Feta Dip: Blend crumbled feta cheese with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh herbs like dill or parsley. Serve the creamy dip with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.

Remember, feta cheese is quite salty, so it’s important to balance its flavors with fresh ingredients and complementary flavors. Feel free to adjust the serving suggestions according to your taste preferences and dietary restrictions. Enjoy your Greek feta!
