Having been farmed in Scotland and smoked in a brick kiln, this fish is prepared with love. Perfect for serving on crusty bread, this smoked trout paté is ideal as a starter, or for a simple lunch.  If you have any leftover just pop it in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. It’s best served fresh and is a great way to impress your friends and family as it’s bursting with flavour.
