Our square sausage is crafted with the finest cuts of responsibly sourced, high-quality pork, combined with a perfect blend of traditional seasonings and spices. Its unique square shape allows for even cooking and a delightful caramelized crust, while the juicy, flavorful meat inside offers a taste sensation like no other. Versatile and delicious, The Lorne Square Sausage is a breakfast staple that pairs perfectly with eggs, toast, or as the star of a hearty sandwich.
To maintain the quality and freshness of The Lorne Square Sausage, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Keep the sausage in its original packaging or transfer it to an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to prevent any potential cross-contamination or exposure to odors. Properly stored, The Lorne Square Sausage can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days. If you wish to extend its shelf life, you can also freeze the sausage. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in a freezer-safe container or bag before placing it in the freezer. Frozen Lorne Square Sausage can maintain its quality for approximately 2-3 months. Remember to thaw frozen sausage in the refrigerator before cooking for the best results.

Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


Here’s cooking instruction for The Lorne Square Sausage:
1. Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium heat.
2. Take The Lorne Square Sausage out of its packaging and place it on the grill or frying pan.
3. Cook the sausage for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and cooked through. Make sure to turn it carefully to avoid breaking it.
4. While cooking, you can optionally toast some slices of bread or rolls to serve as a base for the sausage.
5. Once the sausage is fully cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a minute or two.
6. Cut the cooked Lorne Square Sausage into slices or rectangles, depending on your preference.
7. Serve the sausage on the toasted bread or rolls, and you can add condiments like ketchup or brown sauce if desired.
