Chicken breast fillets are packed with lean protein and each one is a filling portion of quality meat. We marinate them in our own signature sticky BBQ sauce, which has a depth of natural flavours such as paprika, cumin and chilli. Suitable for everyone, it leaves a sweet, gentle heat that everyone will love.

Not all chicken breast is created equal. These glorious Sticky BBQ Free Range Chicken Breast Fillets, which are completely trimmed and free of skin and bone, clearly demonstrate the superior flavour that free range, slow-reared chicken has over its mass-produced alternative. The breast of chicken is the leanest cut, and lends itself to a range of dishes. Our sticky BBQ free range chicken breasts are best cooked quickly over a medium heat. To keep them moist, be careful not to overcook and leave time for them to rest before plating.

Our chickens are free to roam and reared slowly, which not only means for a happier life but also leads to a fuller flavour and superior texture. The birds enjoy fresh air, get plenty of exercise and are able to spread their wings. This results in a quality of meat that is hard to find elsewhere, particularly in BBQ-ready form.


Once marinated, we lock in the flavours by using an innovative vacuum-packing system. This both extends the freshness and ensures that the flavours penetrate the meat.


Our chicken is suitable for freezing, but we will be surprised if you can resist the temptation to cook them immediately. Once frozen, it is important to allow meat to thaw properly, ideally in a refrigerator overnight.


Chicken breast cooking instructions:

Serves 2

  • 2 chicken breast fillets, with or without the skin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Chicken breasts will cook more evenly if they’re of an even thickness, so put each one on a board, cover with some cling film and flatten the fattest part slightly with a rolling pin or the base of a saucepan. Take off the cling film and season well.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the chicken breasts (skin-side down, if they have skin) and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Then turn over, cover and cook on the other side for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through. Check the inside is cooked by poking in the end of a sharp knife – the juices should run clear. If not, keep cooking for another minute and check again. Rest for 5 minutes before serving so the juices can be reabsorbed and the chicken will be juicy.


This product has a shelf life of 5 days from the date of delivery. This pack contains approximately 2 pieces.
