Fishcakes made with potato, smoked haddock and mozzarella, coated with crispy gluten free breadcrumbs flecked with rice flakes.

Ingredients:Coating [rice flour, water, rapeseed oil, potato starch, maize flour, rice flakes, salt, maize starch, dextrose, vegetable fibre, thickener (E415), colour (E150a), emulsifier (E471), paprika], potato (29%), smoked haddock (FISH) (20%) [haddock, salt, colours (turmeric, annatto)], mozzarella cheese (MILK) (7%), cheddar cheese (MILK) (6%), spring onions (3%), concentrated lemon juice, black pepper.

Producer: 95% of our fish are caught on Cornish day boats, going out first thing & come home on the evening tide. The fish travelling across the country overnight & reaching us in tip-top condition the next day, the same day you receive it.

We fish ethically & sustainability is in the forefront of our minds, we have children too. You can have as much or as little as you need.
