Lamb chops, or cutlets as they are often referred to, are the ribs of the lamb. Lamb chops are absolutely beautiful when fried or grilled, particularly with the infused mint flavour. Paired with some potatoes and healthy veg, you have an exquisite dinner.
Cooking instructions:
Cook the lamb in a non-stick griddle pan on the hob, under a preheated moderate grill or on a prepared BBQ for 6–8 minutes on each side or until any meat juices run clear.
