I find suppliers to source the best quality ethically reared animals to ensure you receive the tastiest meat. Also in this section are the gluten free sausages that The Black Farmer is famous for – while I have lots more in the range now, my prize winning Premium Pork gluten free sausages continue to be a firm favourite.
