To ensure the freshness and quality of the Goat Diced Boneless, it is important to store it properly. Keep the diced goat meat in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). Ensure that the packaging is tightly sealed to prevent any contamination or exposure to air. Properly stored, the diced goat meat can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you don’t plan to use it within that time frame, you can also freeze the meat. Transfer the diced goat to airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen diced goat meat can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. When ready to use, thaw the meat in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed goat meat promptly and consume it within a few days for the best taste and safety.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


To cook diced boneless goat, you can follow these simple instructions:

1. Prepare the meat: Ensure that the diced boneless goat has been cleaned and trimmed of any excess fat.
2. Marinate (optional): You can marinate the meat to enhance its flavor. Use a mixture of spices, herbs, and your choice of marinade ingredients. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for more intense flavors.
3. Preheat the pan: Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of cooking oil (such as vegetable oil or olive oil) and let it heat up.
4. Sear the meat: Add the diced goat pieces to the hot pan in a single layer, ensuring they have enough space for even cooking. Allow the meat to sear for a few minutes until it develops a golden brown crust. Flip the pieces and sear the other side as well. This step helps seal in the juices and adds color to the meat.
5. Reduce the heat: Once the meat is seared, reduce the heat to medium-low or low to prevent it from drying out.
6. Cook until tender: Continue cooking the diced goat until it reaches your desired level of tenderness. The cooking time can vary depending on the size of the pieces and the desired tenderness. Generally, it takes around 1 to 2 hours of simmering on low heat for the meat to become tender. You can add a small amount of liquid (such as broth or water) to the pan to create steam and prevent the meat from drying out. Cover the pan with a lid during the cooking process, but occasionally check and stir the meat to ensure even cooking.
7. Season to taste: Once the meat is tender, taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add salt, pepper, spices, or herbs to suit your preference.
8. Serve and enjoy: Once the diced boneless goat is cooked to perfection, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve it hot with your favorite side dishes or use it as an ingredient in various recipes.
