Ingredients: Cod (Gadus morhua) ,B.(FISH) (32%), Diced potato (Sulphites) (22%), Breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, Salt, Yeast, Onion, Garlic) (11%), Potato flakes (9%), Spring onion (7%), Water, Batter (WHEAT flour, Water, Salt), Pizza melt cheese (MILK (3%), Oil, Salt, Lemon juice, White pepper.
Oven bake from frozen in a moderate oven (180°C) for approximately 18 minutes until the center is piping hot.
Producer: 95% of our fish are caught on Cornish day boats, going out first thing & come home on the evening tide. The fish traveling across the country overnight & reaching us in tip-top condition the next day, the same day you receive it.
