3. If you’re using the oven, place the chicken mini fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to space them out evenly so they cook evenly. If you’re using a frying pan, you can add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan before placing the fillets in.
4. For the oven method, bake the chicken fillets for about 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Flip them halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. If you’re using the stovetop method, cook the fillets for approximately 4-6 minutes per side until they are cooked through.
5. To check if the chicken is cooked thoroughly, you can use a meat thermometer. Insert it into the thickest part of a fillet, and it should register 165°F (74°C) for fully cooked chicken.
6. Once the chicken mini fillets are cooked, remove them from the oven or frying pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a tender and flavorful result.
7. Serve the chicken mini fillets hot as a main course or use them in sandwiches, wraps, salads, or other dishes according to your preference.
