STORAGE ADVICE
To ensure the freshness and safety of the Chicken Mini Fillets, it is important to store them properly. Keep the bag of chicken mini fillets in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). Ensure that the bag is tightly sealed to prevent any contamination or exposure to air. Properly stored, the chicken mini fillets can be refrigerated for up to 1-2 days. If you don’t plan to use them within that time frame, you can also freeze the chicken fillets. Transfer them to airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen chicken mini fillets can maintain their quality for approximately 2-3 months. When ready to use, thaw the chicken fillets in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed chicken promptly and consume it within a few days for the best taste and safety.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.

To cook chicken mini fillets, follow these cooking instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or set a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
2. If you prefer, you can season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs. This step is optional but can add flavor to the dish.
3. If you’re using the oven, place the chicken mini fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to space them out evenly so they cook evenly. If you’re using a frying pan, you can add a small amount of oil or butter to the pan before placing the fillets in.
4. For the oven method, bake the chicken fillets for about 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Flip them halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. If you’re using the stovetop method, cook the fillets for approximately 4-6 minutes per side until they are cooked through.
5. To check if the chicken is cooked thoroughly, you can use a meat thermometer. Insert it into the thickest part of a fillet, and it should register 165°F (74°C) for fully cooked chicken.
6. Once the chicken mini fillets are cooked, remove them from the oven or frying pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a tender and flavorful result.
7. Serve the chicken mini fillets hot as a main course or use them in sandwiches, wraps, salads, or other dishes according to your preference.

Remember to adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets, as thicker fillets may require additional time to cook through.
