I’m calling these our Sunshine Jamaican patties – because they take me straight back to the sun and heat of the Caribbean.  This beef patty is no retiring violet – definitely in-your-face-spicy beef packed into a traditional turmeric yellow pastry.

You may know them as pigeon peas, but in Jamaica they’re called Gungo Peas. This small, round legume is grown in a pod and has a delicious nutty flavour.  Traditionally used in the Jamaican favourite - Rice and Peas.

Free Range Chicken Thigh Fillets are trimmed, skinless and boneless. Thigh meat has a higher fat content than breast, so is an excellent choice for dishes that require longer cooking. Free range chicken thigh fillets have great flavour and texture. They are perfect for pies, stews, curries and Middle Eastern dishes. They are easy to pan fry, oven bake or stew and will retain their moisture and remain succulent and juicy.

Don Wilfred Rum has been made to encapsulate all that Caribbean rum has to offer. With hints of orange and tropical fruits it is bound to transport you to the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. To immerse yourself in the experience simply add fresh lime and your favourite cola or ginger beer - or if you prefer it straight, simply add ice.

My rum is blended from the pick of Caribbean rum producers.  This golden spirit is 40% ABV and certainly packs a punch.
