My daughter has always been pretty vociferous in her demands for her favourite sausages to be made available to everyone. She loves chipolatas, so they were the first to be launched and are one of our most popular lines, available at many supermarkets! Then came her delicious Beef meatballs and Pork meatballs - all available to order online at Ocado.
I am very happy for her to develop her own range, but the one stipulation I have is that they have to be gluten free recipes. Although she's not a sufferer herself, at least one in 100 people in the UK do suffer with Coeliac Disease and more and more kids are being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. Parents are always telling me how hard it is to find tasty gluten free products that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
