To maintain the freshness and quality of your Lamb Leg Steak, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Ensure the steak is tightly wrapped or sealed in an airtight container or plastic bag to prevent any air or moisture from entering. Properly stored, the Lamb Leg Steak can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you want to extend its shelf life, you can also freeze the steak. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in a freezer-safe bag or container before freezing. Frozen Lamb Leg Steak can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. Thaw frozen steak in the refrigerator before cooking for the best results.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


Here’s cooking instruction for Lamb Leg Steak:

1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
2. Take your lamb leg steak and pat it dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. Season the steak with salt and pepper or your favorite herbs and spices. You can also marinate it beforehand for added flavor if you prefer.
4. Place the lamb leg steak on the preheated grill or stovetop pan. If using a grill, cook the steak for about 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak and your desired level of doneness. If using a stovetop pan, cook it for about 4-5 minutes per side.
5. Use tongs to flip the steak halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking on both sides.
6. Once the steak reaches your desired level of doneness, remove it from the grill or pan and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
7. Serve the lamb leg steak hot and enjoy it as is or with your favorite side dishes.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the steak and the heat source, so it’s always a good idea to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of around 145°F (63°C). Adjust the cooking time accordingly for different levels of doneness.
