To ensure the freshness and safety of the Free Range Chicken Breast Fillet, proper storage is essential. Keep the bag of chicken breast fillets in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). It is important to store the chicken separately from other food items to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure that the bag is tightly sealed or transfer the fillets to an airtight container or resealable plastic bag. Fresh chicken breast fillets can be refrigerated for up to 1-2 days. If you don’t plan to use them within that time frame, you can also freeze the chicken. Place the fillets in freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen chicken breast fillets can maintain their quality for approximately 9-12 months. When ready to use, thaw the chicken in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed chicken promptly and ensure it reaches a safe internal temperature before consumption.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


Here ‘s cooking instructions for Free Range Chicken Breast Fillet:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
2. If desired, season the chicken breast fillets with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices.
3. If using the oven: Place the chicken breast fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a greased baking dish. Cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. If using a meat thermometer, insert it into the thickest part of the fillet to check the temperature.
4. If using the stovetop: Add a small amount of oil or butter to the heated skillet. Place the chicken breast fillets in the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Once cooked, remove the chicken breast fillets from the oven or skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.

Note: These instructions are a general guideline. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken fillets and use a meat thermometer to ensure they are fully cooked.
