To maintain the freshness and quality of diced turkey, it is important to store it properly. Keep the diced turkey in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). Ensure that the container or bag is tightly sealed to prevent any potential contamination or exposure to air. Properly stored, diced turkey can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you don’t plan to use it within that time frame, you can also freeze the diced turkey. Transfer it to airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen diced turkey can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. When ready to use, thaw the turkey in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed turkey promptly and consume it within a few days for the best taste and safety.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


Here’s a cooking instructions for diced turkey:

1. Start by heating a tablespoon of cooking oil or butter in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced turkey to the hot pan and season it with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs. You can use a pre-made poultry seasoning blend or create your own flavor combination.
3. Stir the turkey occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook the diced turkey for about 5-7 minutes or until it turns golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the turkey pieces.
4. Once the turkey is cooked through, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and results in a more tender and flavorful meat.
5. Serve the diced turkey as desired. It can be used in various dishes such as salads, stir-fries, wraps, sandwiches, or added to pasta dishes and casseroles.
