The Black Farmer free range diced pork is super lean, high in protein, tender and delicious. Diced pork is fabulous in hot pot. A top tip is to dust the pieces lightly in flour, before browning of in a little butter. This will add colour, flavour and body to the finished dish. This preparation is also ideal for pork shish kebabs. Marinate in your favourite spices and skewer with onion and green peppers. Serve with warm flatbreads, chilli sauce, shredded lettuce and tzatziki.

To ensure the freshness and quality of diced pork, it is important to store it properly. Keep the diced pork in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). Place it in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to prevent any potential cross-contamination or exposure to air. Properly stored, diced pork can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you don’t plan to use it within that time frame, you can also freeze the diced pork. Transfer it to airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen diced pork can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. When ready to use, thaw the pork in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed pork promptly and consume it within a few days for the best taste and safety.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.


Here’s cooking instructions for diced pork:

1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add a small amount of oil, such as vegetable or olive oil, to the pan and allow it to heat up.
3. Season the diced pork with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices or herbs.
4. Carefully add the seasoned pork to the hot pan, spreading it out in a single layer.
5. Cook the pork for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns golden brown and is cooked through. Make sure to cook it thoroughly to ensure food safety.
6. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
7. Use the cooked diced pork in your preferred dish, such as stir-fries, tacos, or salads.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the diced pork and the desired level of doneness. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
