It’s not Christmas without pigs in blankets. Juicy and succulent sausages wrapped in rich and delicious streaky bacon, these are truly a taste sensation. Tuck around the turkey or chicken when roasting for a real crowd pleaser.
Storage: store frozen items in the freezer until required.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Oven bake: Place the pigs in blankets on a greased baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 190C/Gas Mark 5 for 30 – 35 minutes until golden. For fan assisted ovens, adjust cooking times according to manufacturer’s handbook.
Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
