I have a core range of three popular sausage flavours using gluten free recipes – Premium Pork sausages, which is the most widely available, Pork Onion & Chive sausages and Pork & Leek sausages. All are made using 100% British Freedom Food outdoor bred pork.

Something I'm really excited about is the return of The Black Farmer Sauces. Some of you may remember them, I've started off with my three favourites Ginger and Lime, Spicy Muscovado and Sweet and Spicy Tomato. These aren't available in the supermarkets, you can order them direct from me here.
