Refunds and Returns

It is the policy of The Black Farmer to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to receive a refund or return your purchase, please email Customer Services on customercare@theblackfarmer.com or call us on +44 (0)20 3105 4711 with the order number quoted on the delivery note.

Fresh products

If you receive a fresh product from The Black Farmer that is not in perfect condition, we request full details of the item (product code, Use By date and product description) with photographs if possible, and we will refund the cost of that item to you within 48 hours.

Clothing, Wellbeing and Gifts

We can only refund clothing items if they are faulty or damaged. Full details of clothing sizes, design and fabric are on our website. It is advised that these are read carefully before ordering.

For all other products (except perishable goods) we will request that the product is returned to us. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge (premium charges are not refundable) will be issued within 14 days. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.

The Black Farmer accepts returns of all items except perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all fresh food, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you on the next available delivery date.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, we will refund your purchase and offer a replacement.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and the team will advise on next steps depending on the product in question. We will refund you for the product you originally ordered.
