To maintain the quality and flavor of your Ham Oak Smoked Wiltshire Joint, it is best to store it in the refrigerator. Keep the joint wrapped tightly in aluminum foil or place it in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out. The recommended storage temperature is between 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Properly stored, the Oak Smoked Wiltshire Joint can maintain its freshness for up to 5-7 days. If you plan to store it for a longer period, you can also freeze the joint. Here’s a simple and delicious serving suggestion for your cooked Oak Smoked Wiltshire Joint:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and a pinch of black pepper.
