STORAGE ADVICE
To maintain the freshness and quality of Veal Mince, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Keep the Veal Mince in its original packaging or transfer it to an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to prevent any potential cross-contamination or exposure to odors. Properly stored, Veal Mince can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you wish to extend its shelf life, you can also freeze the mince. Place it in airtight freezer-safe containers or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil before placing it in the freezer. Frozen Veal Mince can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. Remember to thaw frozen mince in the refrigerator before cooking for the best results.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.

Here’s cooking instruction for Veal Mince:

1. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add a small amount of cooking oil or butter to the pan and let it melt.
3. Once the oil or butter is hot, add the veal mince to the pan.
4. Break up the mince with a wooden spoon or spatula, and cook it for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s browned and cooked through.
5. If there is excess fat in the pan, you can drain it off.
6. Season the veal mince with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices. You can add ingredients like minced garlic, chopped onions, or herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
7. Continue to cook the seasoned veal mince for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even seasoning.
8. Once the veal mince is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the flavors are well combined, remove it from the heat.
9. Serve the veal mince immediately as a standalone dish or incorporate it into your favorite recipes, such as pasta sauces, tacos, meatballs, or stuffed vegetables.

Remember to always follow safe cooking practices and ensure that the veal mince is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to prevent any foodborne illnesses.
