STORAGE ADVICE
To maintain the quality and freshness of veal bones, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Place the veal bones in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap to prevent any exposure to air and moisture. Properly stored, veal bones can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days. If you wish to extend their shelf life, you can also freeze the bones. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe bag or container. Frozen veal bones can maintain their quality for approximately 2-3 months. When ready to use, thaw the bones in the refrigerator before incorporating them into your recipes.
