To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot, remove all packaging and add the steaks, season with salt and pepper if desired. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
