STORAGE ADVICE To maintain the freshness and quality of our Traditional Chipolatas, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Keep the chipolatas in their original packaging or transfer them to an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to prevent any potential cross-contamination or exposure to odors. Properly stored, the Traditional Chipolatas can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days. If you wish to extend their shelf life, you can also freeze the chipolatas. Place them in airtight freezer-safe containers or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil before placing them in the freezer. Frozen chipolatas can maintain their quality for approximately 2-3 months. Remember to thaw frozen chipolatas in the refrigerator before cooking for the best results.
PACKAGING This pack contains 6 pieces.
Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.

Here’s cooking instruction for traditional chipolatas:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
3. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the chipolatas in the pan, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned.
4. Transfer the partially cooked chipolatas onto a baking tray or ovenproof dish and place them in the preheated oven.
5. Bake the chipolatas in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through. Make sure to turn them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
6. To check if they are cooked, you can use a meat thermometer inserted into the center of a chipolata. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
7. Once cooked, remove the chipolatas from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
8. Serve the traditional chipolatas hot with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy your delicious traditional chipolatas!
