Tomato & Basil Pork Sausages 375g


Originally created for Remembrance day, these delicious tomato and basil pork sausages are tender, lean and full of flavour. The rich tomato flavour really infuses the sausages and it is complemented beautifully by herby basil.

Storage:  store frozen items in the freezer until required.

Defrost pork sausages thoroughly before cooking.

Cooking instructions:  Remove all packaging.  All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

Grill:  Preheat grill to medium.  Place on rack for 14 minutes.  Turn occasionally.

Oven: Preheat oven to 190C, 375F, Gas 5.  Place in roasting tin for 25-30 minutes.  Turn halfway through cooking.

Shallow Fry – From Chilled. Heat a dessert spoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly. Drain before serving.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
