  • French dressed garlic and thyme chicken breast with dauphinoise potato, fine green beans wrapped in smoked pancetta with a light jus
  • Oven baked sea bass fillet with sauté potatoes, fine green beans, cherry tomatoes, black olives, lemon hollandaise and salsa Verde
  • Baked aubergine filled with spiced chickpeas, pumpkinseeds topped with goat’s cheese and coriander.  Served with preserved lemon couscous and a rocket salad
