The interesting blend of flavours makes for a really unique and tasty combination. Here are descriptions of flavours for the various spices which comprise this amalgamation:

Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Fennel, Cloves & Cardamom

Cardamom:  Lemony, earthy, sweet, hints of mint flavours.  Commonly used in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Scandinavian cuisines.  A little goes a long way.

Cinnamon:  Deep, warm, sweet, aromatic flavours.  Commonly used in baking, Middle Eastern, Moroccan, and Indian cuisines.

Cloves:  Sweet, pungent, aromatic flavours. Typically used in baking, Caribbean, and Indian cuisines.

Coriander:  Citrusy, mellow, earthy flavours. Commonly used in Indian and Mexican cuisines.

Fennel: Fennel tastes “anise-like” and is often described as a less intense licorice taste.

Ginger:  Woodsy, peppery, warm, sweet flavours. Commonly used in baking, Asian, Indian, and Caribbean cuisines.

Nutmeg:  Warm, earthy, nutty, sweet flavours.  Used in a wide variety of cuisines; including savoury (meat-based, roasted vegetable) dishes and sweets (like muffins, cakes, and cookies)
