DETAILS | Medium Curry Powder makes an excellent base for all curries with its robust and fragrant blend of ground spices, including coriander, ginger and cumin. |
STORAGE ADVICE | To maintain the optimal flavor and freshness of curry powder, it is crucial to store it in a cool, dark, and dry place. Exposure to heat, light, and moisture can lead to a loss of potency and aromatic qualities. Consider transferring the curry powder from its original packaging to an airtight container to minimize air exposure and prevent the absorption of unwanted odors. Additionally, storing it away from the stove or other sources of heat will help preserve its quality. Check the expiration date on the packaging and aim to use it within that timeframe for the best culinary experience. |
