Sticky Chicken Drumsticks 400g


As part of our stunning BBQ collection, allow us to introduce our sticky BBQ Free Range Chicken Drumsticks. This delicious, traditional joint is a moist, tender cut and easy to cook on the barbecue. Free range drumsticks are juicy and delicious on the inside, and the skin will crisp up when rendered for a lovely crunch. Free Range Chicken Drumsticks are ideal as finger food, and equally delicious hot or cold. These drumsticks are a sure-fire hit at barbecues, picnics and parties.

We source local meat from farms in Wiltshire, Somerset and the South West, and make sure that we get the very best and most sustainable breeds for the season. Our free range sticky BBQ drumsticks are vacuum-packed to extend their freshness naturally. This also means that they are suitable for home freezing. If you choose to freeze your meat, make sure it is defrosted slowly and thoroughly before cooking. This is best achieved by leaving it in the fridge overnight.

This pack contains approximately 4-5 pieces. 

Cooking instructions:

60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed chilli flakes
8 chicken drumsticks


  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli flakes. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Refrigerate and let marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 240°C (220ºC fan). Place chicken on a large baking tray and bake until golden and internal temperature reaches 75°C, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.


This product has a shelf life of 5 days from the date of delivery.
