Sticky Chicken Breast Diced 360g


We marinate these beautiful, large chunks of free range chicken breast in our own secret recipe sticky BBQ sauce. We make it with natural ingredients and its range of delicious herbs and spices are sure to tantalise the taste buds.

This is not merely to make them look pretty on a skewer but also to ensure that each piece is a similar size. By taking extra care in this way, we make it easy to cook the pieces evenly. There is a time and a place for burnt ends, but a chicken skewer is not it. Make kebabs your way with high-welfare, tender meat and your own choice of crispy vegetables. The Black Farmer vacuum pack our meat to keep it fresh and to lock in the flavours. This also makes it easy to freeze, if you feel you can. Always make sure meat is thawed properly and never refreeze thawed meat.

Cooking instructions:


  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water


  • Salt and pepper both sides of your chicken breasts.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, lightly grease with cooking spray or a drizzle of oil. Place chicken breasts in the pan and cook until the first side is nicely browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Flip chicken breasts and brown second side, 2 to 3 minutes. Once both sides are browned, add about 1/2-inch of water to the pan. Turn heat down to medium, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes (longer with larger breasts), adding more water if it all evaporates, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165°F.
  • Remove breasts from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting as recipe calls for. Enjoy!

This product has a shelf life of 5 days from the date of delivery.
