“One of the good things to have come out of my leukaemia, and my subsequent recovery, was more time to rest and reflect. I thought about some of the life lessons I had learned as a businessman and what I could pass on to others to help them on their own journeys.
The result is my debut book: Jeopardy: The Danger of Playing It Safe on the Path to Success. In it, I explore the human instinct for caution, and how our natural aversion to risk can hinder our progress in life. In my eyes, we need to embrace jeopardy to succeed, escaping those fears to realise our ambitions.
