Cooking Instructions | Fry from chilled 14 mins. Medium Heat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 14 mins, turning frequently. Grill from chilled 16 mins. Medium Heat. Place on a non-stick tray and grill for 16 mins, turning occasionally Fry & Oven from chilled 16 mins. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Pan fry on a medium heat with a little oil for 2 mins to caramelise. Transfer onto a non-tick baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven for 14 minutes, turning halfway during cooking. |
