Cooking Instructions for Free Range Pork Tenderloin:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Start by seasoning the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. You can also add any other desired seasonings or spices, such as garlic powder, paprika, or rosemary, to enhance the flavor.
3. Heat a large skillet or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil, such as olive oil or vegetable oil, to the pan and let it heat up.
4. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the pan. Sear it for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it develops a golden-brown crust.
5. Transfer the pan with the seared pork tenderloin into the preheated oven. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
6. Remove the pan from the oven and let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicy and tender result.
7. Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions or desired thickness and serve immediately. It pairs well with a variety of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your delicious free-range pork tenderloin!
