A real treat of a dish.  Tender pieces of pork fillet in a garlicky, rich white wine and cream sauce with mushrooms and carrots.  (Contains mustard).

Cooking Instructions:  For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary.

From chilled:  Place container on a plate, loosen lid, microwave on high for 6 mins, stir then cook for a further 3 mins, or until piping hot.

Or for best result transfer from plastic container to an oven proof dish & bake for 10-12mins at 180c or until piping hot
