 Cooking Instructions:

This product must be cooked before serving.  The following are guidelines only.  Some appliances may vary.  Remove all packaging before cooking.

Grilling:  Set the temperature to a medium heat and grill for approx. 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Frying:  Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven cooking:  Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 25 – 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.

These pork and leek sausages are an exquisite classic. As juicy as they are flavoursome, these sausages are sure to be a hit with friends and family for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Simply pair them with some creamy mash or crispy potatoes and voilà- you have the perfect feast!
