These delicious meat-free sausages can be fried or grilled, from chilled or from frozen.
Suitable for vegans.
Storage: store frozen items in the freezer until required.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Frying: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 14 or 15 mins on medium heat, turning frequently.
Grilling: Place on non-stick tray. Grill for 16 or 17 mins on medium heat, turning occasionally.
