Seasoned pea protein in a plant based casing

These delicious meat-free sausages can be fried or grilled, from chilled or from frozen.

Suitable for vegans.

Storage:  store frozen items in the freezer until required.

Cooking Instructions:  Defrost thoroughly before cooking.  Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

Frying:  Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 14 or 15 mins on medium heat, turning frequently.

Grilling:  Place on non-stick tray. Grill for 16 or 17 mins on medium heat, turning occasionally.

These gorgeous meat-free sausages are mega! You would hardly even know they are meat free. Packed full of pea protein, they are as nutritious as they are delicious. A sure staple for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack-time!

Cooking Instructions

Fry from chilled 14 mins. Medium Heat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 14 mins, turning frequently. Grill from chilled 16 mins. Medium Heat. Place on a non-stick tray and grill for 16 mins, turning occasionally Fry & Oven from chilled 16 mins. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Pan fry on a medium heat with a little oil for 2 mins to caramelise. Transfer onto a non-tick baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven for 14 minutes, turning halfway during cooking.
