Cooking Instructions

Fry from chilled 12 mins. Medium heat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 12 mins, turning frequently. Grill from chilled 12 mins. Medium heat. Place on a non-stick tray and grill for 12 mins, turning occasionally Fry & Oven from chilled 14 mins. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Pan fry on a medium heat with a little oil for 2 mins to caramelise. Transfer onto a non-stick baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven for 12 minutes, turning halfway during cooking.
