Suitable for vegans.

Storage:  store frozen items in the freezer until required.

Cooking Instructions:  Defrost thoroughly before cooking.  Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.

Frying:  Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry for 17 mins on medium heat, turning frequently.

Grilling:  Place on non-stick tray. Grill for 15 mins on medium heat, turning occasionally.

Cooking Instructions

Fry from chilled 17 mins. Medium heat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Cook the balls on a medium heat for 17 mins, turning frequently. Grill from chilled 15 mins. Medium heat. Place on a non-stick tray and grill for 15 mins, turning occasionally Fry & Oven from chilled 19 mins. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Pan fry on a medium heat with a little oil for 2 mins to caramelise. Transfer onto a non-stick baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven for 17 minutes, turning halfway during cooking.
