Our meat comes from local farms across Wiltshire, Somerset and the South West, depending on breeds and season. NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVING
From fridge: remove the outer cardboard box and place on a pre-heated oven tray. Put in a heated oven at 180c (160 fan, gas mark 4) for 35 – 40 mins until piping hot in the centre.
If cooking from FROZEN increase cooking time by 15 – 20 minutes. Check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
