These delicious lamb & mint sausages are not only tender and lean but also tasty, filling & more-ish. Pair with potatoes for an appetizing meal.

Cooking instructions:

This product must be cooked before serving.  The following are guidelines only.  Some appliances may vary.  Remove all packaging before cooking.

Grilling:  Set the temperature to a medium heat and grill for approx. 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Frying:  Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven cooking:  Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. This pack has approximately 6 pieces.
