| STORAGE ADVICE |
| To maintain the freshness and quality of Lamb Diced, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 32°F to 40°F (0°C to 4°C). Place the diced lamb in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag to prevent any exposure to air or odors. Properly stored, Lamb Diced can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you want to extend its shelf life, you can also freeze the diced lamb. Place it in airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable bags, ensuring to remove as much air as possible. Frozen Lamb Diced can maintain its quality for approximately 3-4 months. Remember to thaw the frozen lamb in the refrigerator before cooking for the best results. |

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling. |

Here’s cooking instruction for Lamb Diced:
1. Ingredients:
• 1 pound of lamb diced into small pieces
• Water (enough to cover the lamb)
• Optional: Vegetables (such as carrots or peas) for added nutrition
2. In a medium-sized pot, add the diced lamb and pour enough water to cover it completely.
3. Place the pot on the stove over medium heat and bring the water to a boil.
4. Once the water starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently. Simmering will help cook the lamb thoroughly and make it tender.
5. Let the lamb simmer for about 20-30 minutes, or until it is cooked all the way through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
