Meat on the bone has an impeccable flavour and retains its moisture when cooked. Slow cooking of ribs will render the fat, which results in tender, succulent, juicy and spicy pork ribs that you and your friends will not forget about in a hurry.
We source local meat from farms in Wiltshire and Somerset, and make sure that we get the very best and most sustainable breeds for the season. At every stage, we use and promote traditional, sustainable farming practices that make for happy pigs and delighted customers.
As with the rest of our beautiful BBQ range, our free range pork ribs are suitable for freezing. Just be sure to defrost them slowly and carefully before cooking. The easiest way is to put them in the fridge overnight.
Cover tray with foil and bake for 2 hours.
During the last 5 minutes of cook time, mix together sauce ingredients.
Remove ribs from the oven, remove foil
Increase oven temperature to 460°F (240°C). Return ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for a further 10 minutes. Change oven settings to broil (or grill) on medium-high heat to lightly char and caramelise the edges (about 3 minutes).
Rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to recirculate back into the meat before slicing.
This product has a shelf life of 12 days from the date of delivery. This pack contains approximately 1 piece.
