I created this sauce in my own kitchen many years ago and it’s one of my favourites.  Being from the Caribbean, I like my sauce hot and this fits the bill.  I am so delighted to have the sauce back in my shop now for everyone to enjoy.  It’s super versatile – use it as a condiment, a dip (either straight from the jar or mixed with some natural yoghurt), or a pour over sauce – or any other way you fancy!  A store cupboard staple.

STORAGE ADVICE
To maintain the quality and flavor of your Hot Chilli Sauce, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate the sauce to prolong its shelf life and preserve its taste. Ensure the cap or lid is tightly sealed after each use to prevent air and moisture from affecting the sauce. Stored properly, the Hot Chilli Sauce can typically remain fresh for several months. However, it’s always advisable to check the product label for specific storage instructions and recommended shelf life.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.
