STORAGE ADVICE
To keep Dorset Brie at its best, it is recommended to store it properly. Keep the Dorset Brie in the refrigerator at a temperature of approximately 38°F to 42°F (3°C to 6°C). Ensure that the packaging is tightly sealed or transfer the cheese to an airtight container to prevent any exposure to air or potential cross-contamination. Stored correctly, Dorset Brie can maintain its freshness for up to 1-2 weeks. For longer storage, you can also freeze the cheese. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in a freezer-safe container or bag. Frozen Dorset Brie can retain its quality for up to 3-4 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw the cheese in the refrigerator and consume it within a few days for the best taste and texture.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN UK

Dorset Brie, a creamy and flavorful cheese, can be enjoyed in various delicious ways. Here’s a suggestion for using Dorset Brie:
1. Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
• Take two slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or French bread work well).
• Spread a layer of butter or olive oil on one side of each slice.
• Slice some Dorset Brie and place it on the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
• Optionally, add some caramelized onions or sliced apples for extra flavor.
• Sandwich the slices together with the buttered sides facing outwards.
• Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and place the sandwich on it.
• Cook until the bread turns golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts.
• Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is gooey.
• Serve hot and enjoy the melty, savory goodness of Dorset Brie.
Remember, you can always get creative and customize your usage of Dorset Brie by pairing it with fruits, crackers, or incorporating it into salads and pasta dishes.
