Make your own sausages! With this handy sausage making kit, you can create your very own Cumberland sausages at home using our special seasoning – simply add your meat.  A lot of fun for the whole family, or send a kit to a friend as a Christmas gift with a difference!

Kit Contains:

  • 150g Cumberland Sausage Mix
  • Dry Beef Collagen Casing
  • 2 Blue Sausage Filling Bags
  • Instruction leaflet

Each kit can make up to 20 sausages.

Ingredients: Breadcrumbs (Wheat, yeast, salt), salt not iodate, seasoning agent (lactose, hydrolysed whey protein), spices, yeast extract, spice extracts, flavour, smoke flavour. Casing: Beef protein, cellulose

Allergens: Wheat (gluten), Lactose. Produced in an environment with all allergens.

Store: Store the kit at room temperature away from heat and moisture. If purchasing the kit accompanied with meat, store the meat separately in a refrigerator.
