Cooking instructions for Beef Stir Fry Strips:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
2. Add a small amount of oil (such as vegetable or peanut oil) to the pan and let it heat up.
3. Add the beef stir fry strips to the hot skillet and spread them out in a single layer.
4. Let the beef cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes to sear and brown one side.
5. Stir or toss the beef strips to cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes, until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
6. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
7. In the same skillet, add your choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, carrots, or broccoli) and stir-fry them for a few minutes until they are crisp-tender.
8. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables and stir everything together.
9. Pour your preferred stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables and continue to cook for another minute or two until the sauce is heated through and coats the ingredients evenly.
10. Remove from heat and serve your delicious beef stir fry over steamed rice or noodles.
