INSTRUCTIONS

1. PREPARE THE MEAT
Mix 1.5kg of chilled minced meat, 200ml cold water, and the seasoning sachet in a bowl and leave in fridge.

2. PREPARE THE CASING
Divide the casing tubes by bending them into 3 parts and cut each section apart. Tie a knot in the casing at the end which unravels from the inside.

3. USE THE PIPING BAG
Measure 3cm from the pointed end of the bag and cut to remove the tip of the bag, then line the bag by spraying some oil.

4. FILL THE CASING
Fill the piping bag with sausage meat, leaving approximately one third of the bag empty at the top. Twist the open end of the bag tightly and fasten with a clip. Place the casing on the tip of the piping bag and hold it in place with your thumb and forefinger. Gently squeeze the bag with your other hand and fill the casing until you have your desired length of sausage. Link your sausages by pinching and twisting them at even intervals.

To cook: Bake for 30-40 minutes at 160°C
