That’s right – I am a real person. Back in the day I trained and worked as a chef before becoming a TV producer/director when I travelled the world making films about food and drink. I bought my farm on the Devon/Cornwall border in 1999, and that’s where my neighbours coined ’The Black Farmer’ name which inspired me to launch The Black Farmer brand.
