For my sausages now available in Ireland I have partnered with Loughnanes of Galway to produce my sausages to my special recipe using 100% Irish pork. They are the first in Ireland to gain the coveted Bord Bia approval.

Also available in Ireland are my new to the market black and white puddings. As always all my products are gluten free.
